Elevate the Energy is an event dedicated to raising the spiritual energy of our community.
This unique collective spiritual gathering will take place on September 22, 2024, during the Autumn Equinox,
and aims to connect participants both in-person and virtually.

  • Locations: Various In-Person Venues or Virtual participation via Zoom.
  • Cost: Free entry and group work session or Zoom attendance at all venues. Donations can be accepted.

  • 2:00-2:22 PM: Meet and greet
  • 2:22-3:33 PM: Elevate the Energy at all venues and on Zoom!
  • 3:33 PM onward: Venue-specific activities

Venue Setup:

  • Provide seating in a circular or semi-circular pattern to facilitate connection.
  • Meditation mats, cushions, or chairs.

Preferred:

  • Name tags (“Hi, My Name is _“).
  • Ensure good internet connectivity for the preferred Zoom live feeds.
  • Computer with webcam and Zoom.
  • Sound equipment for in-person and virtual broadcasting from Zoom.
  • TV or large monitor for Zoom feed from the computer.

Program Execution (Central Time):

  • 2:00-2:22 PM: Meet and greet
  • 2:22-3:33 PM: Group work session at all venues
  • 3:33 PM onward: Venue-specific activities
  • Zoom feed should be live from 2:00-3:33 PM. Each venue may choose to remain live afterward.
  • Please test all equipment before the event to ensure it works correctly.
